20th April 2026

Brutal beyond belief

SAS: AUS v ENG goes harder than ever in a gruelling international clash
Fourteen Australian and British celebrities from the worlds of music, sport and entertainment are about to discover what happens when fame counts for nothing. Watch them take on the infamous SAS selection course in SAS: AUS v ENG, premiering 7.30pm Wednesday, 29 April on Seven and 7plus.

Across a relentless series of episodes filmed in the blistering heat of North Africa, they put individual courage and national pride to the test, taking on a succession of punishing challenges inspired by real SAS selection.

In this world, loyalty is tested under fire, bonds are forged in adversity, and every recruit must face the question: if mission success depended on them, could they truly survive?

Aussie stars vying for selection include Olympic gold medallists Mack Horton and Emily Seebohm, cricketer Brad Hodge, stage and screen star Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Neighbours actor Ryan Moloney, musician and actor Axle Whitehead and reality TV star Jessika Power.

British stars taking part include Love Island contestants Dani Dyer and Gabby Allen, social media personalities Cole Anderson-James and Jack Joseph, rugby player Ben Cohen, Gladiator and Olympian Toby Olubi and international cricketer Graeme Swann.

Under the merciless gaze of Chief Instructor Mark “Billy” Billingham MBE and Directing Staff Jason “Foxy” Fox, Rudy Reyes and Chris Oliver, the celebrities are stripped of comfort, excuses and ego. It doesn’t matter how famous they are or how many social media followers they have, everyone faces the same brutal test. Every slip-up is punished. Every crack exploited. No test is tougher and no allowances will be made for these famous faces. Bonds will snap, egos will shatter and rivalries will boil over as the Brits and Aussies battle it out in a race to survive.
