Freeview Plus - Samsung TV Issue

Freeview is aware that Some Samsung 2020 TVs are currently experiencing issues loading the Freeview Plus application.  While pressing the green button will launch Freeview Plus, some Samsung users are experiencing issues loading content or becoming "stuck" on a loading icon.

The issue became known after a Samsung TV firmware update and we are working to fix this as soon as possible.

Below is a list of TV models that may be effected if upgraded to the latest Samsung firmware version 1034.0 via a USB install (released via the Samsung website in early August):
